SDC undertook a substantial refurbishment of the property, which included new lifts, new foyers, façade treatments, car park repairs, air conditional replacement.

As a result, the property was leased and then sold in 2020 for $25.3m.

State Development found and negotiated the purchase and sale of the property.

SDC also managed the refurbishment works and leasing campaigns.
